Kevin Josephson Joins Adroit Consulting, Expanding Sales Operations Practice Adroit Consulting, Inc., an operational consulting firm specializing in developing strategies, implementing operational improvements and aligning business and technology, today announced that Kevin Josephson joined the firm as a Principal Consultant. Josephson will be joining the sales operations practice and contribute sales & marketing consulting expertise to support Adroit projects in the areas of sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, organizational design, sales incentives and measures and metrics. Most recently, Josephson spent eight years with ZS Associates, a Sales and Marketing Management Consulting Firm in Chicago. Promoted from territory alignment specialist to Consultant and ultimately Manager, Josephson worked in Sales Force Size and Structure, Compensation Operations, and Sales Reporting. As Manager, he was in charge of consulting engagements with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Josephson earned a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.
