Moira Bailey Joins Adroit Consulting as Senior Consultant, Strengthening Customer Support Operations Practice Adroit Consulting, Inc., an operational consulting firm specializing in developing strategies, implementing operational improvements and aligning business and technology, today announced that Moira Bailey joined the firm as Senior Consultant. Bailey brings more than 25 years of customer service and support expertise and technology implementation and support experience to the firm. She will focus primarily on customer service operations, process improvement and customer management engagements. Before joining Adroit, Bailey worked for ShopperTrak where she was responsible for the management of ShopperTrak systems (retail traffic counters) in production; including day-to-day client management, issue resolution and client reporting. Her previous experience includes three years at GBC as a Customer Care manager, nine years at Andersen (formerly known as Arthur Andersen) in Chicago in varied roles including Customer/Event Management Manager, Implementation/Technology Support/Knowledge Management, Manager and Technology Support/World Class Customer Service Initiative, Supervisor. Bailey began her career supporting technology implementations with technology companies including Siemens-Nixdorf Information Systems, SHL, Inc., and Royal Business Machines. Bailey is a certified project management professional (PMP), and she earned an MBA in International Business from DePaul University and a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
