Adroit Hosts 2nd Quarter Sales Performance CouncilThe Sales Performance Council (SPC) is dedicated to the sharing of effective practices and practical solutions to improve revenue generating capabilities of member companies.Chicago, IL - April, 2009 Members of the Council meet quarterly in a forum consisting solely of peer executives who face similar operational challenges and discuss successful practices, tangible results and "war stories" in the quest for excellence in revenue growth; and ideas that can be applied to their own individual companies. Each quarterly meeting is hosted by a member company and focused on a topical agenda prepared by Council members themselves. Only Council member peer executives may attend SPC meetings. Adroit Consulting is the sponsor of the Sales Performance Council. The second quarter Sales Performance council meeting was held at USG's Chicago headquarters in April, 2009. The open forum Council discussions have focused on generating tangible ideas that each executive can bring to their organizations for further investigation, or, in many cases, immediate implementation of some "quick hits".
