Adroit Consulting & SourceMedia Partner to Deliver Publishing Sales Case Study at Folio Conference Stan Martin, CEO of Adroit Consulting, Inc. and David Greenough, VP Business Technology at SourceMedia, Inc. will join forces next Tuesday, Sept. 25, to discuss effective practices for building and motivating a publishing sales force at the Folio Show, a national event for magazine professionals scheduled next week in New York City at the Marquis Marriott. Following its spin-off from Thomson Media, SourceMedia was determined to refocus its financial publishing circulation sales team to meet higher growth targets. A team transformation was needed to move the sales force from one focused on selling individual publications across markets to one efficiently focused on selling a variety of products to key customers who subscribed to a number of the company's targeted financial publications. The shift in focus succeeded in achieving growth targets and re-energizing a seasoned circulation sales team.
